A leading HR consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in Málaga, Spain. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in HR software implementation and a strong understanding of performance management processes. Formación

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Performance & Goals.
  • Good end-to-end HR process know-how, especially in performance management.
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification.

Responsabilidades

  • Advising HR departments on HR software implementation.
  • Construction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors systems.

Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability :

Responsibilities
  • Advising HR departments on the implementation of suitable HR software, including process mapping, creating the design concept, comparing solutions and planning the integration of the solution into the HR system landscape
  • Construction, support, configuration and further development of the existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors, with focus on the modules : Performance & Goals , Succession Management , and Calibration
  • Technical advice to the specialist department in the analysis and definition of HR processes
  • Management of external consultants
  • Sub-project management
Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in the design, configuration and further development of SAP SuccessFactors, with proven experience specifically in Performance & Goals, Succession Management, and Calibration.
  • Good end-to-end HR process know-how, especially in performance management, succession planning and calibration processes.
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification.
  • Very good English skills (German is an additional benefit)
  • Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: teamwork is essential to move forward.
  • Eager to share knowledge across departments and open to acquire knowledge from others too.
Additional hands-on experience
  • Initial exposure to SAP AI – leveraging intelligent features to enhance HR processes and decision-making.
  • Additional knowledge in RBP (Role-Based Permission) to ensure secure and compliant access management across HR processes.
Additional skills
  • Experience working with People Analytics within SuccessFactors, turning HR data into meaningful business insights
  • Familiarity with UKG HR Service Delivery Suite to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience
