Job Title — Human Resources Trainee Position Overview: The Human Resources department is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment : Participate in recruitment processes, review CVs, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.
- Human Resources Planning, Organization : Manage employee files, keep the personnel database up-to-date, and assist in the preparation of human resources-related documents. Help with the onboarding of new employees.
- Administration : Update all software systems, including My People Hub, Data base for Spain, PREVINET, Learning Lab, LinkedIn Learning, and others. Prepare all documents to be sent before the newcomer's first day, including contracting forms and health insurance documentation.
Requirements
- Education : University education in Law, Labour Relations, and HR or Psychology.
- Experience : 6 months in a previous HR role as a trainee.
- Language Skills : Fluency in Spanish and English, with French being an added value.
- Skills : Autonomous person with initiative, resolving capacity in unforeseen events, good interpersonal skills, and ability to present novel resources and ideas.
- Competencies : Results-oriented, vision of the future, pursuit of excellence, and teamwork.
