A leading recruitment firm in Madrid is seeking an HR Analyst to monitor and analyze retention and turnover trends. Responsibilities include designing compensation packages and supporting the HR department's efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Human Resources and at least 3 years of HR experience, alongside excellent analytical and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced English is required.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in HR.
  • Familiar with HRM systems.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting an HR Analyst as part of their growth and expansion. You will be responsible for monitoring retention and turnover trends, as well as provide detailed analysis to internal teams. You will be involved in designing compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. Ability to support strategies that enhance the HR department’s overall efficiency will be required to be successful in this role. As key responsibilities we can highlight :

  • Check day-to-day HR activities versus staff cost budget
  • Track staff cost changes
  • Maintain HR records within HR System
  • Oversee and align data entry’s in the systems.
  • Follows up approvals processes (hiring’s, exits, budget…)
  • Supports on organizational updates
  • Perform data checks.
  • Reports on key metrics such as retention, time to fill, turnover, and costs
  • Assists in the control of the HR department’s budget
  • Assesses employee surveys, management feedback, and performance reviews
  • Define training programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 year of prior work experience in HR
  • Great research skills
  • Analytical and highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiar with HRM systems
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Critical advanced level of English C1.
