A leading hotel chain in Spain is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to deliver engaging swim lessons for guests of all ages. Candidates must have a valid lifesaving certification and a passion for teaching swimming, ideally holding or willing to obtain a Coaching certificate. You'll work independently and as part of an international team, promoting active participation in lessons while embracing diversity in a fun, engaging environment. Competitive salary starts at €24,500 gross/year with additional perks.

Formación

• Valid/current lifesaving certification is required.
• Willingness to obtain a Swimming Teaching/Coaching certificate.

About The Job

• Deliver fun, professional, and safe swim lessons for guests of all ages, from toddlers to adults, as well as other water‑based activities.
• Tailor your lessons to support the technical progression of guests with varying abilities, while following the provided programme guidelines.
• Actively promote and sell your lessons to maximise participation and engagement.
• Take part in events such as team days and presentations to support your programme, your team, and contribute to an outstanding holiday experience – especially for our younger guests.

About You

• You will have a valid/current lifesaving certification.
• You will have gained or be willing to gain a Swimming Teaching/Coaching certificate.
• You have a genuine passion for coaching sports or teaching swimming for children, as well as developing swimmers all ages from toddlers to adults.
• You are a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team and you are willing to commit and learn the demands of the job including work in direct sun/heat.
• You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
