Growth Marketing Specialist at Passporter
Passporter is the toolkit for travel. Our mission is to help travelers travel more and better by offering 360 software to plan, share and buy trips.
What you will be doing
- Design and execute the digital acquisition and conversion strategy, ensuring impact on ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance by monitoring key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Design and execute CRM strategies to build customer engagement and activate them through personalized and segmented campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging creatives, landing pages, and other marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct A / B testing and multivariate testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to identify opportunities for optimization and maximize campaign performance.
- Leverage data analytics tools to extract actionable insights and refine targeting strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance advertising, and customer acquisition.
The perfect candidate
- At least 4+ years of experience in acquisition marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaign and funnel performance, with the goal of maximizing conversion rates and generating actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- A growth mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market trends.
- You're a traveler and passionate about discovering the world.
- Native Spanish is a must.
- Fluent English is a plus.
