Formación

  • 0-1 years professional experience in compliance.
  • Compliance certification (CCEP, ICA, others) or experience in the renewable industry is a plus.

Job Title : Global Compliance Specialist

Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Compliance Department in ensuring adherence to global legal and regulatory requirements. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in compliance operations within a dynamic, international renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with the Compliance Department on Compliance matters.
  • Perform due diligence and necessary risk assessments on counterparties.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and updating of Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare training documentation for employees on Compliance-related issues.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures, guidelines, and documentation templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law and / or Business Administration, master's degree in Compliance and Audit.
  • 0-1 years professional experience in compliance.
  • Compliance certification (CCEP, ICA, others) or experience in the renewable industry a plus.
  • Team player, hard worker with a can-do attitude.
  • Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and possess analytical skills necessary for competent legal interpretation.
  • Fluent in English a must and additional European languages is nice to have.
  • Strong research skills : Ability to research and interpret laws and regulations.
  • Attention to Detail : Critical for reviewing policies, documents, and transactions.
  • Analytical Thinking : To identify compliance risks and evaluate processes.
  • Organizational Skills : Managing multiple compliance tasks and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration : Working with legal, audit and functional teams
