Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to subscription services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in French.
  • Provide information about subscription plans, offers, and product features.
  • Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and cancellations as required.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and subscription industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
