The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining advanced backend test automation frameworks for functional, regression, performance and scalability testing for Java applications.You will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans, ensuring full coverage of features and functionality.You will act as a quality advocate within the engineering team, promoting best practices in test automation, continuous integration and deployment.You will work closely with mobile software developers to influence design and architecture with testability in mind, ensuring high standards of code quality.You will design and execute complex performance, load and scalability tests, identifying bottlenecks and working with the development team to optimize performance.You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior SDETs and quality engineers, helping them to grow their skills in test automation and quality assurance.You will continuously improve existing mobile testing processes, tools and frameworks, incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies.You will oversee the identification, documentation and tracking of defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Required Skills and Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in software development and test automation, with a focus on designing and implementing robust backend automation frameworks.Technical expertise :

Strong programming skills in JavaBackend testing automation :

Experience with backend automation tools like Cucumber or similar frameworks.CICD knowledge :

Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, with hands-on experience in tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.Leadership skills :

Proven ability to lead testing efforts, mentor junior engineers and drive the adoption of best practices in test automation.Problem-solving :
