Strategic Legal Expert Wanted

At our Madrid office, we are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of contextual advertising.

We lead the way in contextual advertising with our cutting-edge machine learning-powered platform. Our technology ensures superior brand safety, advanced cookieless targeting, and human-like content understanding, making ads more engaging and respectful.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative legal guidance to drive business growth and expansion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including General Terms, service contracts, partnerships, amendments, MOUs, NDAs, and other key legal documents.
• Oversee compliance and data protection programs across the organisation.
• Lead high-level contract signatories for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop company-wide legal guidelines, templates, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal and external counsels to manage legal matters effectively.
• Conduct regulatory analyses to ensure compliance with operating jurisdictions.
• Act as primary legal advisor for complex queries and issues.
• Drive legal support for international expansion initiatives, ensuring local laws and regulations compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a legal role within an international company. In-house lawyer experience in media or AdTech is advantageous.

Strong autonomy with ability to make sound business decisions under tight deadlines, fostering collaboration across teams.

Proven ability to thrive in multicultural and fast-paced environments.

Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in other languages a plus.

Previous advertising industry experience beneficial.
