An international consultancy firm based in Madrid is seeking a Deputy Logistics Expert for an EU funded project aimed at strengthening democratisation and governance. The ideal candidate will have extensive logistics experience and knowledge of EU procedures. The project is set to start on January 1, 2026, and applicants must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Formación

Overview

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

The overall objective of this assignment is to :

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
• inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration This is a planned start date of 1 January 2026 with a contract period of 48 months from this date.

Non-Key Expert: Deputy Logistics Expert (Host Country)

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced degree in economics / management / business or 5+ years added experience.
• Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of technical / telecom equipment for EOM.
• Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.

Experience

• Cat. II : 5+ years / Cat. III : 2+ years in logistics of large-scale international ops.
• EU EOM or similar mission experience.
• Coordination-level experience.
• Host country / regional experience (asset).
• Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2).
