Customer Support Agent with Polish (night shift)

This job is for our Night Team and it is based on a 3:3 working basis (3 days in, 3 days off) with a shift pattern of 11PM - 9AM (UTC+3)

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in Polish.
  • Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.
  • Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polish.
  • Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
