JR Spain busca un(a) Customer Success Specialist para unirse a su equipo de Trading en Priego de Córdoba. La persona elegida se encargará de guiar a los clientes en el uso de los productos de Isotrol, construir relaciones duraderas y mantener la satisfacción del cliente. Se requiere un título en ingeniería y habilidades de comunicación en inglés. La empresa ofrece flexibilidad horaria, posibilidad de trabajo remoto y un entorno inclusivo.

Formación

  • Experiencia laboral en equipos de trading eléctrico.
  • Comunicación fluida en inglés y otras lenguas.
  • Grado en ingeniería preferido.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar feedback desde las solicitudes de los clientes existentes al producto.
  • Guiar a los clientes desde el punto de compra, liderando procesos de incorporación.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

The Position:

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product.
  • Guiding customers from the point of purchase, leading user onboarding processes, and ensuring they get maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Building, maintaining, and nurturing strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and how Isotrol products can help them achieve these.
  • Following up on assigned accounts, acting as an expert advisor on Isotrol products to help maximize adoption and encourage retention.
  • Collecting and internally passing on user feedback for consideration in the evolution of Isotrol's products.
  • Identifying new opportunities for product extension by coordinating closely with sales teams.
  • Analyzing product usage to identify required actions and Success Stories. Acting as the voice of the customer at Isotrol, conveying satisfaction levels as well as risks and opportunities.
  • Having extensive knowledge of the business of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

Your skills and experience:

  • Good communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English-B2).
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Work experience in electrical trading teams.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working day.
  • Remote working availability.
  • Holidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week).
  • Summer working hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 1st July to 31st August).
