All about the role:

In this role you will reporting to the Customer Service Manager Iberia, you will manage key customer accounts and ensure top-tier service delivery. In addition to handling operational tasks, you will act as the right hand of the department lead, supporting with reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location

The role is based in our office in Alcobendas (Madrid).

What you’ll do:

  • Manage Electrolux key customers.
  • Handle phone and email communications, returns and claims.
  • Manage the portfolio of orders.
  • Improve ways of working and processes.
  • Drive improvements in processes, ways of working and tools.
  • Create reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions.

Who you are:

  • Degree in Business or related fields.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in a B2B customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel and Ticketing systems.
