Position: Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)
Location: On-site in Barcelona
Employment Type: Full-time (38.5h/week) with a Temporary Contract

What Youll Do:

  • Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers, understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service.
  • Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone.
  • Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset.

What Were Looking For:

  • Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database).
  • Mindset: Solution-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience: Prior customer service or contact center experience is valued.
  • Location Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
