Atlantis HR is seeking a Construction Manager – Major Data Centre Projects (F/M) in Madrid for a client, an international design and construction group specializing in complex buildings.

Involved in design and build projects, your role is to lead the construction phase to success. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading the construction team to ensure project completion according to standards and objectives
• Serving as the primary contact for clients and subcontractors regarding construction works
• Coordinating construction activities with on-site engineers and subcontractors
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance
• Managing internal project stakeholders
• Overseeing operations prior to acceptance and commissioning
• Managing financial and scheduling aspects of the construction process

Votre profil

As a Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineer, you possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial building construction projects with high technical value and strict deadlines.

Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
