Large Language Model Developer

We are seeking a skilled LLM Engineer to push the boundaries of Large Language Models and quantum-inspired AI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Deep Learning and experience with Transformers .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Large Language Models using quantum-inspired techniques.
• Benchmark, evaluate, and improve model performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Quantum Computing and AI Research .

Requirements:

• Degree in Artificial Intelligence , Computer Science , or related field.
• 2+ years (Mid) / 5+ years (Senior) hands-on experience with Deep Learning and Transformers .
• Strong Python skills and expertise with HuggingFace and PyTorch .
• Solid understanding of GPU Architectures and Cloud Environments .
• Bonus Points: HPC experience, RAG systems, computer vision/audio applications, AI ethics, or MLOps know-how.
