As a Senior Software Engineering Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital products that enhance pet owner experiences. Your focus will be on advancing Consent, Identity, and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive technical innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of software engineers to design and deliver high-quality SSO products
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in software architecture
• Communicate technical strategies and findings to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role with strong software development expertise
• Expertise in SSO, consent management, authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect), and cloud platforms (Azure)
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with other programming languages (Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with database technologies and Agile methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
