Overview

Business Development Support – International Division

We are looking to expand our International Division by adding a Business Development Support professional who will work closely with one of our Business Developers to execute operational and support activities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the preparation and response to proposals by coordinating with:
  • Human Resources for identifying and validating profiles.
  • Finance for calculating rates and terms.
  • International teams across the group to coordinate information and joint activities.
  • Assist the Business Manager in the development and presentation of commercial proposals.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Organize documentation and maintain operational tracking of ongoing activities.
  • Provide support in HR activities, such as participating in Career Talks for consultants.
  • Act as a point of contact for minor inquiries from unit consultants.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen interest in developing a career in a commercial and HR-oriented environment.
  • No prior experience required: initial 6-month internship contract offered.
  • Excellent communication skills in international settings.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages (French, German, etc.) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Previous experience in cold calling or recruitment is a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
