As a Brand Transformation Manager, you will be directly responsible for leading the rebranding IVIRMA global process. This person will be the key figure in the transformation and consolidation of the brand‑new identity, ensuring coherence, consistency, and visual excellence across all countries and regions.

The person assuming this role will act as the brand guardian: ensuring the new identity is applied correctly and that every interaction with patients and the public consistently reflects the brand’s renewed image and values.

What will be your challenges?
  • Lead the global rebranding process, from strategic definition to local implementation in each country, actively collaborating with all regional marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage the brand transformation roadmap, defining phases, priorities, timelines, and clear deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the regional marketing/communications/design/operations teams to guarantee consistent implementation of the new visual identity.
  • Assess the current brand status in each country and establish a roadmap for progressive implementation based on impact, priority, and available resources.
  • Serve as the main point of reference (brand guardian) for external agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise the development and ongoing updates of all the brand assets (brand guardian): logos, typography, communication materials, signage, uniforms, website, social media.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams in defining messaging, communication tone, and visual expression.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of the brand transformation using clear KPIs (awareness, visual consistency, brand perception, engagement).
What are we looking for?
  • Education in Marketing / Communication / Design or Brand Management (master´s or postgraduate degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, rebranding or global branding
  • Experience in managing complex projects and collaborating both with external (agencies, brand consultancies) and internal stakeholders (local marketing teams).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Spanish and English language.
