Our client, an international Venture Capital firm with a global investment mandate, is currently looking for a Bilingual Head of HR who will work alongside an international remote team. This position will be undertaken on a part-time and flexible basis.

Responsibilities will broadly involve :

  • Manage end to end recruiting for all hires for the firm (across geographies), ensuring recruitment efforts align with business goals
  • Manage interview processes and define timelines for hires
  • Build a robust network of contacts and a network of talent (for future pipeline), relevant to the sector
  • Manage all employment contracts and contracts / agreement with external consultants (across global jurisdictions)
  • Manage all hiring and termination processes, ensuring compliance with relevant local and international law
  • Design and lead internal growth initiatives and assessment cycles (training, performance / annual reviews, promotions)
  • Design and execute onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain and develop efficient HR processes, systems, and documentation
  • Assist Back Office Team with ad hoc projects

It is essential that the candidate is completely bilingual in English as this role involves constant contact with international individuals. Candidates must also have previous experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR role, ideally in an international VC / fast growth / start-up environment. A solid grasp of standard Tech and relevant applications (Mac, Familiarity with modern tech tools : Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, HRIS, ATS platforms) is a prerequisite. Experience working across geographically dispersed teams will be viewed favourably.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, reliable, and have an open-minded, "can do" attitude. They will be able to make clear decisions - working independently with minimal direction. They will enjoy taking full ownership of HR functions and delivering results for this ambitious team.

Location : Remote (Spain / Portugal / France preference)

Timetable : Part time (25 hours), flexible to work across global time zones and with varying workloads

Incorporation : Q2 2025

Travel : International travel required at least once per year
