Assistant Export Manager

Company We are a family company specialized in gourmet products, with a strong international focus, We are looking to hire an Assistant Export Manager to strengthen our export department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Export Manager in the management and development of international markets, with a strong focus on the United States, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Canada and the European Union.
  • Manage and follow up on international clients and distributors.
  • Prepare and monitor export orders.
  • Handle commercial and logistics documentation (invoicing, Incoterms, transport).
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, production and marketing.
  • Support the preparation and attendance at international trade fairs.
  • Maintain and update commercial databases and sales reports.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing or similar.
  • Fluent English (mandatory). French language will be a plus.
  • Good command of Excel and digital tools.
  • Organized, proactive profile with an international mindset.
