Position Overview

We are looking for a temporary Assistant Brand Manager (approx. 1 year) to support the Sanex brand in delivering all KPIs, including net sales, share, and margin objectives, in alignment with Divisional strategies and initiatives. The role involves working closely with countries and the Central Brand Team to drive Sanex business growth plans.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Co-lead Sanex brand plans to achieve net sales, margin, profit, and share targets.
  • Manage portfolio evolution, commercialization processes, P&L creation, and 5Ps launch across the hub and countries.
  • Coordinate NPs launch for SEH, managing product artwork, SKUs development, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate on the Go-To-Market process, providing country input for SEH.
  • Lead local adaptation and translation of advertising materials, managing approval processes including legal and artwork.
  • Manage advertising budgets and participate in the annual brand planning process.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reviews, analyze market insights, and communicate risks and opportunities to the Marketing Manager.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business/Economics (with a focus on Marketing).
  • Previous experience in FMCG companies is a plus.

  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Consumer-focused approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills and solid planning and prioritization abilities.
