A high-quality stroller brand in Spain is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee operations in North Spain. You will develop sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and conduct market analysis. Ideal candidates should have a business degree, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and be fluent in Spanish and English. This position requires travel within the designated area.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Area Manager or similar role.
  • Spanish Mother Tongue; fluent in English, Italian is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Inglesina is an Italian brand of high quality strollers, car seats and accessories for new-born since 1963, is looking for a highly reliable Area Sales Manager North-Spain to join its team.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Area Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations within a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and market share.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area targets and company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitors, customer needs, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ideally graduated from a University degree within Business / Marketing field or other
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Area Manager, or similar role. Spanish Mother Tongue, fluent in English. Italian language would be a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Strong willingness to travel within the assigned area
  • Based in Castilla y Leon / Asturias
  • Car license B
