APM Terminals is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting internal teams through excellent administrative and general services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across general services, facilities, and procurement.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Standardize processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality communication and customer service.
  • Combine office-based tasks with occasional fieldwork to support operational needs.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in routine and repetitive tasks.
Qualifications
  • Degree or certification in Administration, General Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in general services, facilities, or procurement administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools (Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and willing to take initiative.
  • Minimum English level : B2.
