• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.

Job Opportunity

We are a leading healthcare technology company seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance department in Barcelona. We have revolutionized the invisible orthodontic sector with our team of professionals and latest technology for diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of all cases.

This role involves taking care of statutory accounting and tax accounting for the designated area, performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including but not limited to journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

The successful candidate will prepare information for filing monthly, quarter, and yearly taxes and other miscellaneous filings, act as a liaison with business partners by answering inquiries and explaining accounting procedures, record, create, and distribute invoices for monthly fees and royalties, set-up ACH files for collections, maintain Accounts Receivable (A / R) balances.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• 3+ Years of Professional Experience as an Accountant.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a large-scale global start-up or Big 4 audit firm.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting, or a related specialization.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.
• Advanced level in Excel.
