Goals

The main goal is to develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industries/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers — market leaders and smaller players in industries such as machine building, robotics, infrastructure, furniture, and others. We pursue best practices in sales and account management. Additional goals include supporting company development with process improvements, new ideas, and innovation proposals. A quantitative goal is achieving individual sales targets with assigned pools of customers in specific industry and/or geography.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the incoming flow of warm leads, support them, and develop relationships.
  • Create a customer portfolio to build ongoing collaboration.
  • Develop opportunity pipeline in a specific industry and/or geography.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact and inquiry to order receipt and ensuring a steady flow of repetitive orders.
  • Maintain customer contact at all stages of the project and act as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Regular and timely reflection of the sales process in the CRM system.
Successful candidate
  • Enjoy sales activities and supporting people
  • Strong customer focus
  • Successful sales track record in industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, 3D printing, etc.
  • IT and digitalisation enthusiasm, willing to use modern technologies and software
  • Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, and injection moulding is a major advantage
  • Italian native speaker; English working proficiency
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment
  • Empathetic, able to build lasting business relationships and work proactively in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and determination to achieve goals
Conditions
  • Remote full-time job. Non-resident in Italy, but resident in Europe
