Your impact

You will shape the financial model that drives Enpal’s strategic decisions and investor communications. Acting at the intersection of finance and strategy, you’ll ensure our business performance is understood, challenged, and translated into actionable insights for management and investors.

What you’ll do

• Own and continuously improve Enpal’s group financial model used for investor materials and strategic planning
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align forecasts with operational realities
• Support fundraising and capital market initiatives with data-backed analysis
• Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking

• 2+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or a similar analytical field
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; SQL or BI tools are a plus
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Fluent in English (German a strong plus)
