A startup holding company is seeking a Marketing role that consists of two main responsibilities: leading PLG inbound marketing for SocialKit and overseeing the marketing operations for ReactSquad. The position requires expertise in LinkedIn growth strategies and experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns. Candidates should demonstrate a strong performance mindset, team leadership capability, and native-level English proficiency. This role offers full remote working options and a clear growth path into higher-level marketing positions.
EarlyNode is a holding company and startup studio. We buy & build B2B SaaS products while running a dev staffing agency (ReactSquad) as the cash-& talent-engine fuelling this machine.
Our two core current ventures (with 1 more venture coming per year) :
SocialKit : A new PLG SaaS that will be launched January 2026. SocialKit is a toolkit for B2B companies that want to skyrocket their organic reach on LinkedIn through employee advocacy.
ReactSquad : an established React staffing agency with an existing marketing team currently EarlyNodes CEO Nikolas Chapoupis is leading marketing in the future you would lead marketing fully.
Important :
We are a lean company. Everyone is hands-on. There are no pure people manager or strategist roles at EarlyNode. Everything below is currently done by Nikolas next to his other responsibilities.
You will operate at the HoldCo level across projects. For now that concretely means a 50 / 50 split :
50% (about 20h / week) : SocialKit IC Founding Marketer (LinkedIn-first)
You own the PLG inbound funnel up to signup. This is not generic digital marketing. LinkedIn is your home base.
This is a creator-marketer role. You ship consistently and tie the work to signups.
50% (about 20h / week) : ReactSquad Marketing Lead (Team leadership IC Paid Ads)
You own demand generation for ReactSquad end-to-end. The goal is qualified pipeline and booked calls not vanity metrics. You lead the team and stay hands-on in paid acquisition.
This is a hands-on role. You will be in the weeds lead the team with clear standards and personally drive paid performance.
