We are looking for a full-time, permanent IT User Helpdesk (f / m / d) at our location in Netphen as soon as possible. Have we piqued your interest? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

You are responsible for receiving and processing tickets (1st- / 2nd-level IT support) as well as solving problems sustainably

You take care of computer installations and the setup of workstations

You manage user accounts and access authorisations

You create documentation and instructions and are responsible for user training

You help the helpdesk team with the conceptualisation, planning and implementation of IT projects

You support the infrastructure team in the administration of various central applications and services in IT

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

You have completed training in the IT field (. IT systems integration specialist, IT systems electronics technician or similar)

You have several years of professional experience in the user helpdesk and are confident in working with the latest Microsoft client-server operating systems

Strong communication skills are important to you and you have a strong customer and service orientation

You have already gained experience in the administration of MS Active Directory and O365 as well as in dealing with Apple products

You have basic network knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP)

You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills
