Team Mission
In collaboration with the People and business functions, the People Analytics and Rewards team is on a mission to enable our leaders to make better People decisions based on data and, ultimately, help unlock unforgettable career experiences for our employees.
You will :
- Lead and partner with different HR teams and business functions on projects, including identifying, collecting, and analyzing compensation and people data to enable fact-based decisions.
- Lead projects relating to program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new compensation programs.
- Prepare and present reports of job and compensation analysis information, including our equity compensation program. Create forecasts and models on our compensation, benefits, and equity program across all departments and locations.
- Recommend compensation solutions and programs using objective data and facts to management and executive teams.
- Consult with HR teams on compensation-related matters and act as the primary point of contact for HR and business queries regarding compensation data.
- Liaise with Finance and Tax teams on compensation and employee equity topics.
- Build and document processes, playbooks, and informational materials on compensation, benefits, and equity.
Who you are
- BA / BS degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources)
- 5+ years of varied compensation analytics experience in technology companies, including solid hands‑on experience with benchmarking tools and systems.
- Experience and knowledge of different compensation schemes and philosophies, including equity programs
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in an international environment
