Role objective:

As a Content Moderator at Majorel, you will:

• Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines.
• Review, block, and delete content that goes against our client’s community standards.
• Deliver a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times.
• Contribute to reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and misinformation online.

Ideally, you have:

• Excellent Danish & English skills – no German needed.
• Awareness of cultural, political, and social issues relevant to the region.
• Open-mindedness to changing priorities and processes.
• Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment embracing diversity.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7).
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany.
• A clean certificate of good conduct before starting work.
