Purpose

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening JinkoSolar’s position in the German market. Your focus will be on growing and maintaining a strong client portfolio, positioning JinkoSolar as a leader in the region. This is an opportunity to work with one of the top players in the solar industry and contribute meaningfully to the global energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and develop the existing portfolio (Installers, EPCs).
  • Promote and position JinkoSolar as the leading solar brand in Germany in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Drive regional sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and implement local sales strategies tailored to the German market.
  • Represent Jinko at customer events, conferences, and trade fairs.
  • Lead contract negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, technical support, legal, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Background and Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales within the PV industry, especially in module sales.
  • Strong portfolio of clients in the German EPC and installer segments.
  • Solid understanding of the German solar market and its dynamics.
  • Capable of working remotely within Germany and open to frequent travel.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and autonomous working style.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in German (native level) and English is required.
  • Competency in office software and CRM tools.
