Purpose
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening JinkoSolar’s position in the German market. Your focus will be on growing and maintaining a strong client portfolio, positioning JinkoSolar as a leader in the region. This is an opportunity to work with one of the top players in the solar industry and contribute meaningfully to the global energy transition.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and develop the existing portfolio (Installers, EPCs).
- Promote and position JinkoSolar as the leading solar brand in Germany in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Drive regional sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and implement local sales strategies tailored to the German market.
- Represent Jinko at customer events, conferences, and trade fairs.
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, technical support, legal, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Background and Requirements
- Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales within the PV industry, especially in module sales.
- Strong portfolio of clients in the German EPC and installer segments.
- Solid understanding of the German solar market and its dynamics.
- Capable of working remotely within Germany and open to frequent travel.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills and autonomous working style.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in German (native level) and English is required.
- Competency in office software and CRM tools.
