For our business development we are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Southern Europe to join our hybrid working model as soon as possible.

  • Securing new projects and development contracts in close collaboration with sales and marketing, along with supporting the technical and commercial evaluation of customer inquirie
  • Relieving the development department by pre-qualifying development projects and assisting in managing ongoing development initiatives
  • Continuously monitoring market segments, analyzing trends and innovations, and developing a flexible, scalable modular product concept for various customer needs
  • Leading and supporting sub-projects, managing product lifecycle, and collaborating closely with internal departments
  • Planning, participating in, and representing the company at trade fairs and customer visits
  • Electrical/Electronics Engineer (min. B.Sc./B. Eng.) or comparable qualification with at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and electronics, with a network in Southern Europe considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, along with excellent Excel skills
  • Willingness to deepen expertise in power electronics through advanced training
  • Strong team-playing abilities
  • Excellent Italian (C2) and English (C1) language skills are mandatory; additional languages such as German or French are a plus
  • The position is hybrid, with regular travel (approximately 1 week per month to headquarters) and a minimum of 50% travel readiness
