The incoming CFO will act as the key financial architect of the company’s next phase—steering financial performance, driving profitability improvements across all regions, and leading the preparation for a successful exit.
This is not a passive reporting role. The mandate requires speed, courage, operational discipline and a proactive, execution-first mindset.
In close partnership with the CEO, Board, and PE sponsor, the CFO will lead strategic finance, oversee international operations, optimize cash generation in a project-business environment, and ensure the scalable professionalization of all financial systems and processes.
