Ich steuere die Genehmigungsverfahren für den Neu- oder Umbau von Umspannwerken und bringe so aktiv die Energiewende voran.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Fachprojektleiter*in arbeite ich in Projektteams und steuere zugehörige Dienstleister, habe alle relevanten Termine, Fakten, Kosten sowie Risiken stets vorausschauend im Blick und bin versiert im Umgang mit Genehmigungsbehörden. Hier kann ich mit meinen Fähigkeiten dauerhaft einen wesentlichen Teil in großen Infrastrukturprojekten beitragen.

Meine Aufgaben

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Genehmigungsverfahren für Umspannwerke (im Wesentlichen nach BImSchG, aber auch als Planfeststellung möglich),
• Koordination der Erstellung der Antragsunterlagen, Vorbereitung von Antragskonferenzen, Scoping- und Erörterungsterminen in Zusammenarbeit mit den übergeordneten Projekten für Umspannwerks- oder Leitungsneubau,
• Moderation der Durchführung der Verfahren unter geschickter Einbindung aller Mitwirkenden: beteiligte Kolleg*innen anderer Unternehmensbereiche, beauftragte Planungsbüros und insbesondere zuständige Behörden,
• Koordinierung und Qualitätssicherung von umweltfachlichen und technischen Gutachten,
• Beauftragungen von Umweltfachplanungsleistungen und für die Genehmigung notwendiger anderweitiger Gutachten unter Berücksichtigung kaufmännischer Aspekte,
• Fachliche Entwicklung und Steuerung von Kompensationsmaßnahmen können Teil der Aufgabe sein.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium einer geeigneten Fachrichtung, z.B. Ingenieurwesen, Raumplanung, Landschaftsplanung, Stadt- und Regionalplanung, Geographie, Rechts- bzw. Verwaltungswissenschaft oder einer weiteren Naturwissenschaft,
• Möglichst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kontext von Genehmigungsverfahren für Projekte nach BImSchG o. ä.,
• Kenntnisse des Planungs- und Genehmigungsrechtes und öffentlich-rechtlicher Vorschriften sowie Kenntnisse des Naturschutz- und Umweltrechtes,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1), gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus,
• Fahrerlaubnis PKW und Reisebereitschaft (im Schnitt einmal monatlich mit bis zu einer Übernachtung).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Sicherheit im Umgang mit MS-Office,
• SAP-Kenntnisse.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
