A private university of applied sciences in Berlin seeks a Student Experience role to support students through their academic journey. Responsibilities include providing guidance, supporting event organization, and promoting personal and career growth. The position requires 1-3 years in student services, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and fluency in English and German. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of €39,000, flexible working conditions, and numerous employee benefits.
The mission of the Student Experience team is to design, develop, and deliver impactful initiatives that enrich every aspect of students’ academic journey. We foster meaningful connections, empower students to grow personally and professionally, and ensure they remain engaged with CODE’s community long after graduation.
We do this across five pillars of student support:
To organise the work, each Student Experience team member contributes to all Student Experience pillars while focusing on one phase of the student journey — Entry & Community, Learning & Growth, or Career & Connection.
These focus areas ensure that the team thoughtfully shapes, drives, and supports the full lifecycle of the student experience while maintaining a collaborative, generalist approach.
In addition to the general responsibilities, you will focus on supporting students throughout the Learning & Growth phase of their journey at CODE, ensuring they feel guided, connected, and supported during their academic development.
