We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Your mission during this flight:

You will be responsible for assuring development activities in Software, Airborne Electronic Hardware and System level.

• Assure development activities in Software, Airborne Electronic Hardware and System level.
• Continuously improve the Design Processes
• Directly Interact with the Design Teams to assure a smooth process flow
• Organize & Perform Reviews and Audits.
• Interface with team airworthiness and authority representatives as required

Check in your professional skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as Quality & Process Assurance Engineer or, Mechanical/Aircraft Design Engineer
• Previous experience in Mechanical design and/or verification
• Experienced in an aerospace environment.
• Structured way of working and a high sense of accountability.
• Team player with strong communication skills

Preferred skills:

• Experience in SAE ARP4754A projects is beneficial
• AGILE Experience is beneficial
• Experience in AS9100 is beneficial
