Job description
Tasks
  • Supporting the programme lead in strategic initiatives within Electrical / Mechanical System Installation (ESI/MSI)
  • Independently managing improvement and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Driving and analyzing Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management
  • Handling escalation management in critical situations, including coordination between programmes, line-fit and in-service
  • Performing root cause analyses for delayed engineering inflow
  • Participating in supplier review meetings and steering committees to ensure performance and deliverables
Requirements
  • Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • Several years of experience in interface management, supplier coordination, manufacturing engineering, project management and process optimization
  • Knowledge in organisational and resource management
  • Solid expertise in risk management, experience with agile project methods is a plus
  • Confident in using Google Workspace
  • English business fluent (min. C1) and German at an advanced level (min. B2)
  • Valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • CV in English required
