Job summary
A leading multinational company is seeking a Product Compliance Subject Matter Expert in Düsseldorf to strengthen its compliance function. The ideal candidate will ensure governance of product compliance, design compliance frameworks, and conduct audits. Requirements include a Master’s degree and 5+ years in compliance-related roles. Fluency in German and English is essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment within a global organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Audit, Consulting, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or similar functions.
- Strong project management capabilities and conceptual skills, including knowledge of data architecture.
- Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strong governance and enforcement of product compliance across the organization.
- Design, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the adhesives product portfolio.
- Perform independent reviews and evaluations to confirm adherence to product compliance standards.

- Ensure strong governance and enforcement of product compliance across the organization.
- Design, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the adhesives product portfolio.
- Uphold regulatory standards across all product lines in coordination with global compliance leadership.
- Perform independent reviews and evaluations to confirm adherence to product compliance standards.
- Plan and carry out compliance audits to measure the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and control mechanisms.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and lead initiatives to ensure data architecture and digital solutions meet compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs on product compliance, fostering the right mindset and best practices.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Audit, Consulting, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or similar functions.
- Strong project management capabilities and conceptual skills, including knowledge of data architecture.
- Excellent analytical skills, including data visualization, and a solid understanding of quality and risk management principles.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
