Your Role

• Ensure strong governance and enforcement of product compliance across the organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the adhesives product portfolio.
• Uphold regulatory standards across all product lines in coordination with global compliance leadership.
• Perform independent reviews and evaluations to confirm adherence to product compliance standards.
• Plan and carry out compliance audits to measure the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and control mechanisms.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and lead initiatives to ensure data architecture and digital solutions meet compliance requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on product compliance, fostering the right mindset and best practices.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Audit, Consulting, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or similar functions.
• Strong project management capabilities and conceptual skills, including knowledge of data architecture.
• Excellent analytical skills, including data visualization, and a solid understanding of quality and risk management principles.
