Description

• Lead Skyworks' engineering evaluation, development and integration efforts into high volume production and products to market.
• Review and maintain overall project plans, milestones and performance interdependency between technology projects (Front-End, Wafer Level Packaging)
• Hands-on integration with strategic cost and project leadership to review process flows, design rules and material specifications with technical leaders
• Ensure full technology Integration in Module complying with quality and reliability requirements.
• Evaluate and coordinate analysis of technology cost structures between process development and Finance teams
• Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to prepare business cases and cost models for new technology adoption.
• Report and maintain knowledge on Technology status to executive leadership by preparing appropriate reports.
• Be prepared to provide high-level technical contributions to customer relationships.

Required Experience and Skills

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, RF Engineering preferred.
• More than 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience in the technology / process development, integration, yield improvement or manufacturing of SAW / BAW is required.
• Excellent communication skills, professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, both technical and interpersonal.
• Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a result- and data-driven can-do mentality.
• Works autonomously, well-organized, with strong attention to detail, while setting high standards in all aspects of the work.
