  • You’ll be responsible for independently managing customer interface coordination and making necessary adjustments.

  • Your duties will occasionally involve assisting with software commissioning, which may include global travel for on-site customer support (approximately 10% of the time).

  • You'll maintain close communication with both customers and service technicians, offering solutions to technical challenges and handling any complaints.

  • Your contributions will be vital in designing innovative software solutions and executing them effectively.

  • As part of your role, you will oversee version control and documentation, ensuring they are managed efficiently within a structured software development process.

Profile
  • A degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent technical training with relevant experience.

  • Strong proficiency in C# within a Microsoft development environment, such as Visual Studio.

  • Solid knowledge of hardware and measurement techniques, ideally with experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • A proactive attitude toward exploring new technologies and programming languages.

  • Fluent English is essential, as our team operates internationally.

  • We are looking for a team-oriented, communicative individual who can also work independently and with great attention to detail.
