This role is part of our Growth marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Project Manager at DEPT, you will be responsible for directing project teams and facilitating collaboration across various disciplines. Your goal is to deliver high-quality work within the allocated time frame and budget, ensuring that the project meets or exceeds client expectations.

You will manage and deliver complex growth-related projects independently, ensuring that they are completed within the specified time frame and budget. You will lead the project team, mentor junior colleagues, and maintain direct communication with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead complex paid media, SEO, SEA, Data analytics projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring they meet client expectations.
2. Mentor medior and junior project managers and guide them through their development.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
4. Ensure all projects are completed within budget, time frame, and quality standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. 4-7 years of agency experience as a Project Manager.
2. Fluent in German and English.
3. Full command of project management methodologies and techniques.
4. Knowledge and experience across paid media, SEO, SEA, Data analytics.
5. Ability to manage complex projects independently.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide others.
