A leading clean energy firm in Düsseldorf is seeking a Lead Grid Integration Manager to take ownership of grid connection agreements for major electrolyzer projects. This role involves establishing agreements for high-voltage connections and collaborating with grid operators. Candidates should have a background in electrical or industrial engineering with experience in power infrastructure projects. Flexibility for remote work is offered within Germany.

Interested in taking ownership of the Grid Connection agreements for one of Europe’s most ambitious clean energy rollouts?
As an experienced Grid Integration / Connection Manager, you'll be responsible for establishing bespoke medium & high-voltage grid connection agreements for multiple ~100MW electrolyzer projects (110–380kV).
It's a high-impact position with a significant amount of responsibility, that could stretch to include tendering, procurement, sales, future leadership, and broader strategic involvement, depending on your preferences.

Language skills: Fluent German and English is required (native German isn't a necessity, but ideally you'll be a good enough level to discuss regulatory frameworks with TSO's etc)
