Job summary
A technology consulting firm is seeking a professional to analyze customer processes and configure SAP solutions. The role involves leading workshops, documentation preparation, and providing support during testing cycles. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include data migration and the successful transition of SAP knowledge to customers and team members. Responsibilities
- Analyse the customer's business processes and SAP solution design.
- Adopt Best Practices of IS Retail.
- Run process design workshops, configure/develop SAP solutions.
- Assist the customer in testing cycles.
- Lead conversations with customers.
- Ensure required content is documented during Business Workshops.
- Build trust by consistently delivering high-quality tasks.
- Prepare Business Process Procedures and documentation.
- Responsible for Data Migration & Cutover activities.
- Transfer SAP knowledge and provide Hyper-care Support.
- Analyse the customer's business processes and SAP solution design

- Preparing, contributing towards and running process design workshops, configuring/developing SAP solutions, demonstrating and gaining acceptance from the customer
- Performing configuration/development and assisting the customer in testing cycles
- Leading conversation with customers
- Working with the customer and project team to ensure the required content is gathered and documented in a useful, structured format during the Business Workshops
- Building trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high quality
- Preparation of Business Process Procedures, Fit‑Gap Analysis, Test Scenarios, Configuration/Development Documentation, End‑User documentation and User manuals
- Preparation of all documentation such as Functional specifications, test scenario’s, Configuration documents, etc.
- Responsible for Data Migration & Cutover activities
- Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility. Provide Hyper‑care Support and ensure all tickets are logged and resolved within the agreed timelines
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, think through and developing a plan that is executed and delivered according to the established timelines.
