A leading healthcare technology firm is seeking a Customer Success Manager to optimize client adoption of clinical solutions. This remote position will involve managing relationships with clients in the DACH region, requiring up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, and be fluent in both German and English. HealthCast remote monitoring, connectivity, and interoperative solutions help to optimize workflow, simplify patient management, and empower clinicians with actionable insights.
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) provides guidance, planning, and oversight, helping customers adopt our clinical solutions and implement technical best practices.
As a key partner, the CSM ensures our customers achieve their strategic objectives and maximize value from their investment. The CSM also serves as the link between the customer and internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Engineering, etc.), streamlining collaboration across departments.
You will report to the HealthCast Western Europe Leader and will be responsible for the project's success from the customer’s perspective.
This role will cover DACH and is a remote role, but travel may be required up to 50% per month. This means your home / remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position. Therefore, full Measles immunization is a requirement to fill the open position.
