About the Role

Sales Tech LLC is a remote-first sales organization that helps companies generate qualified sales calls through proven inbound and outbound systems.

We are hiring Remote Appointment Setters to start conversations, qualify prospects, and book sales calls for our closing team. This is a commission-only, performance-based role with structured onboarding and real growth potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Start conversations with inbound and outbound leads via direct messages
  • Qualify prospects using clear criteria and frameworks
  • Book qualified sales calls on the sales team calendar
  • Follow proven scripts and processes
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with prospects
  • Work fully remote with flexible scheduling
Compensation
  • Commission-only role with no base salary
  • $100 for each qualified call booked
  • 10% commission on closed deals
  • Opportunity to increase earnings and revenue share based on performance
  • Once fully onboarded, active setters typically book multiple qualified calls per week
Onboarding & Training
  • Structured onboarding and role-specific training provided
  • Proven scripts, qualification frameworks, and live support
  • Training designed to help you perform effectively as quickly as possible
