A fast-growing D2C company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize their paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This 100% remote position offers a fixed compensation of USD $2000 per month and 25 days paid leave annually. Applicants should have proven experience in managing high-performance campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

We sell exclusively under our private labels with a strong focus on performance-driven growth, operational efficiency and scaling internationally. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for creating strategy, managing campaign budgets, implementing tracking solutions and driving measurable growth using a data-driven approach.
Please note: This is a freelance independent contractor role. You will be provided with an agreement upon hiring. The position requires 40 hours per week and, although it is freelance you will work exclusively with our company during this period and may not work with any other company simultaneously.
