A customer service consulting company is seeking German-speaking Customer Support representatives to work in Malta. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via email and chat, and reviewing content. Candidates should have C2 German and B1 English skills. Relocation support and health insurance are offered after 6 months.

- Customer Support (70%): Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (no calls).
- Content Moderation (30%): Review marketplace/app content, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
- Enforce policies by reviewing images, accounts, and text.
- Provide accurate information and meet support targets.
- Report violations, fraud, and user trends.
- Suggest workflow improvements.
- Participate in training and support different workflows as needed.
- C2 German & English level B1 or higher.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- No experience needed just attention to detail, quick decision-making, and a willingness to learn!
- Shifts: Rotational (07:00-15:30 & 15:30-00:00) | 5 days/week
- Contract: Indefinite
- Health insurance (after 6 months)
- Relocation support: Airport pickup, hotel stay (5-21 days), flight reimbursement (up to200€ after 6 months)
