• Stay up-to-date with Xactly Incent system updates and enhancements.
• Communicate with sales account executives and sales VPs to drive requirements, communications, process improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve commission-related issues and inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Provide a monthly summary of commissions to management which analyzes total commissions paid, attainment as a percentage of quota and the effective commission rate.
• Provide first line support to sales account executives and sales VPs regarding exception requests and policy questions.
• With each new fiscal year, participate in rolling out new plans, including plan and systems design, training, and updating policies and processes.
• Support the Accounting team with timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports and reconciliations for commission accounting.
